Distinguished guests include Assoc.Prof.Dr.Nguyen Quang Linh - President of Hue University, Dr. Truong Quy Tung - Vice President of Hue University, Truong Thi Thu Dung - Representative of Carlsberg Vietnam, the exclusive sponsor for the program.

In approximately 3 hours, although it was raining and cold, the 10 teams had attractive, colorful and brand new performances. While Vietnamese songs expressed deep emotions towards homeland, lively international songs brought joys to the audience. The first prize belonged to the College of Medicine and Pharmacy; the College of Foreign Languages and the College of Arts won the second prize; The School of Tourism and Hospitality, College of Science and College of Pedagogy were in the third position.

The Contest is useful and healthy playground for the students and revealed a message of unity, enthusiasm, creativity of Hue University students.

In the same day, at Hue University's Hall of History, there happended the torch relay ceremony from Hue University's main building at No. 3 Le Loi to Ngo Mon Square in celebration of the 60th anniversary of Hue University.
