To the North of Hai Van Pass, the project team wrote a profile on Vo Thanh relic site (Temple of Martial Arts) in Thua Thien-Hue province and joined in the restoration of the ancient citadel in Quang Tri province. To the South of Hai Van Pass, the project team caried out research on Champa relics. The surveys provide not only data for the restoration and conservation of Champa temples and towers, but also useful information for visitors and researchers interested in the Champa culture, especially the connection between architecture and sculpture.

The exhibition featured 46 posters of current data on 19 groups of Champa towers collected by the project team through 3D laser scanning. Based on the results of this study, Prof.Fausto Pugnaloni, Director of the project came up with an idea to build a data center for research on Champa inside the Museum of Champa.
