- Any reference to "Japan Business Association in Vietnam" or "JBAV" in the MOU shall be changed to "Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam" or "JCCI"

- Item 3 of the MOU shall be amended as follows "Amount of scholarship: Equivalent value of Vietnamese Dong to US$300 per one recipient"

- Item 7 of the MOU shall be amended as follows

"7. Suspension or cancellation of scholarship

the scholarship will be suspended or cancelled after consultation with University in case

(1) the recipient cannot continue due to illness or other reasons

(2) his/her study record turns out to be unsatisfactory

(3) any material missstatements are found in the information of Item 2 of this MOU

(4) KEIDANREN and JCCI deem it in appropriate due to any other reasons
