Announcing the Decision to recognize the President of Hue University in the tenure 2021 - 2026 - 20/07/2022
On July 6, 2022, Hue University solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Decision to recognize the President of Hue University in the tenure 2021 - 2026. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Kim Son, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of Party Civil Affairs Committee, Minister of Education and Training awarded the Decision. Attendants at the ceremony were Mr. Le Truong Luu, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thua Thien Hue Province; Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Minh Son, Deputy Minister of Education and Training; leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training; leaders of Thua Thien Hue province and Hue city; leaders of provinces, and universities; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Chuong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Hue University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong, President of Hue University; and leaders of Hue University through different terms and member, subordinate, and affiliated units.

 

Previously, on June 22, 2022, the Minister of Education and Training issued Decision No. 1789/QD-BGDDT on recognizing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong, the Rector of University of Education, Hue University as the President of Hue University in the tenure 2021 – 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong, President of Hue University, expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training and promised to fulfill all the assigned tasks to develop Hue University into the National University according to Resolution No. 54 by the Politburo and Resolution No. 83 by the Government.

 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Kim Son, Minister of Education and Training congratulated Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong, who was recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training as the President of Hue University in the tenure 2021 -2026. The Minister of Education and Training affirmed that Hue University was one of the three regional universities and an important member of the Vietnamese education system. Moreover, he expressed his wishes that Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong would lead Hue University into a developed university and contribute to the development of the education and training of the country.

 

At the ceremony, the Minister of Education and Training highly appreciated the great contributions of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, President of Hue University in the tenure 2016 - 2021.
