Under the signed agreement, Hue University and Chaudhary Devi Lal University agreed to foster cooperation across several key areas:
- Joint development of academic courses and educational curricula;
- Credit transfer and articulation frameworks;
- Undergraduate and postgraduate student mobility for learning and research purposes;
- Exchange of professors, scholars, and researchers for teaching, joint research, and academic discourse;
- Exchange of academic resources, library materials, and scientific publications;
- Co-organization of international academic conferences, symposiums, thematic workshops, and joint summer school programs.
