The signing ceremony of cooperation between Hue University and SEAMEO CELL - 19/09/2022
On September 7, 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong, Hue University President, and Dr. Le Thi My Ha, Director of SEAMEO’s Regional Center for Lifelong Learning in Vietnam (SEAMEO CELLL) signed an agreement to promote cooperation in training, and scientific research through appropriate programs of both parties.

 

 

Both parties will develop cooperation in training and fostering the English program “Cambridge Linguaskill English Language Testing and Training Standards”, organizing an official test center at Hue University; recruiting, introducing, and supplying human resources, meeting the demand for labor resources for enterprises; supporting learners and lecturers in the process of practice, practice, supplementing knowledge and learning materials and cooperating in communication and brand development of both parties.

The SEAMEO CELLL was established pursuant to Decision No. 1561/QĐ-BGDĐT on 23/04/2012 by the Minister of Education and Training Vietnam. SEAMEO CELLL was officially recognized following the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Agreement between SEAMEO and the Government of Vietnam on 20/03/2013 at SEAMEC 47 in Hanoi.

 

The SEAMEO CELLL Centre aims to promote lifelong learning and provides opportunities for cooperation in the field of lifelong learning, helps strengthen the relationship and increase mutual understanding among educational researchers, practitioners, and policymakers of the region, in a spirit of mutual respect and partnership.
