16 qualified institutions in Vietnam are as follows:

- Northern region: University of Foreign Languages (Ha Noi National University), Thai Nguyen University, Hanoi University, Ha Noi University of Education, Institute of People’s Security.

- Southern region: Ho Chi Minh University of Education, Can Tho University, Saigon University, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, Tra Vinh University, Van Lang University

- Central region: University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, University of Foreign Languages, Da Nang University, Vinh University, Quy Nhon University, and Tay Nguyen University.

At the same time, the Department has also declared the list of centers testing and granting certificates of IT application. The University of Sciences, University of Agriculture and Forestry, University of Education under Hue University are included in the list.
