These activities not only strengthened the professional capacity of participating lecturers and staff but also fostered interdisciplinary and international academic collaboration, contributing to sustainable development.

As part of the program, a field trip to Bach Ma National Park was organized to provide participants with practical insights into biodiversity conservation, ecological tourism, and sustainable livelihood models. The FORSU group explored iconic destinations such as Hai Vong Dai, Do Quyen Waterfall, and Ngu Ho (Five Lakes), and engaged in wildlife observation activities. This immersive experience inspired new project ideas addressing pressing challenges such as biodiversity protection, climate change adaptation, and community-based solutions—potential themes for future Erasmus+ proposals.

To conclude the course, the FORSU Project Committee held a certificate awarding ceremony to recognize participants who successfully completed the training. The ceremony not only acknowledged their active participation and learning efforts but also highlighted the project’s commitment to fostering a network of motivated professionals capable of initiating and leading international academic cooperation projects.

The successful implementation of this activity series marks an important milestone in building the foundation for high-quality Erasmus+ proposals rooted in real-world needs and interdisciplinary approaches.
