Hue University and Loei Rajabhat University both expressed their joy to see that the cooperation agreement between the two universities signed in 2013 to organize Summer Language and Culture Courses for Thai students had successfully realized. There has been 4 courses from 2014 to present. The students of the 4th course are currently studying at Hue University.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pongthep Bunrueng, Head of International Cooperation Department of Loei Rajabhat University, happily informed that the students' feedback on previous courses at Hue University was very positive. Since then, there have been many friends and relatives of these Thai students traveled on their own to visit Vietnam. These students learned Vietnamese language, Vietnamese culture, Vietnam's geography, culture, cuisine, religion - beliefs, history and architecture of Hue through lectures and extracurricular activities such as Vietnamese cooking classes, making paper flowers, making banh chung (traditional sticky rice cake), visit Cham Ethnic Museum, Nguyen Dynasty Citadel, famous pagodas, beaches, My Son Sanctuary, Phong Nha Cave, Hoi An ancient town, etc.

Assoc.Prof.Dr.Nguyen Quang Linh introduced two doctoral programs instructed in English and Hue University Journal of Science published in English and cooperation possibilities in training.

The two parties discussed cooperation possibilities in credit exchange, faculty exchange, training cooperation and so on, and agreed to renew the cooperation agreement with additional contents.

Loei Rajabhat is a public university, established on September 29th 1973, situated in an area called “Thung Khum Thong”, Thailand. Loei Rajabhat is a multidisciplinary university with five faculties including Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Technology, Management Science, and Industrial Technology and service centers.
