Assoc.Prof.Dr.Nguyen Quang Linh, President of Hue University delivering a speech at the ceremony

At the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Nguyen Duan, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced 14 decisions of the President of Hue University on the appointment and re-appointment of managers of Hue University. These were:

- Decision No. 306/QĐ-ĐHH dated 12/4/2017, appointing Dr. Bui Van Loi, former Permanent Deputy Director of the Department of Student Affairs of Hue University as Director of Office for Administration of Hue University;

- Decision No. 379/QĐ-ĐHH dated 26/4/2017, appointing Dr. Tran Trung Hy, former Deputy Director of the Deparment of Academic Affairs as Interim Director of the Deparment of Academic Affairs;

- Decision No. 369/QĐ-ĐHH dated 26/4/2017, appointing Dr. Hoang Kim Toan, former deputy director of the Deparment of Inspection as the Director of the Deparment of Student Affairs;

- Decision No. 559/QD-DHH dated 31/5/2017, appointing Dr. Nguyen Cong Hao, Deparment of Inspection and Legislation as the Director of the Deparment of Inspection and Legislation;

 - Decision No. 569/QD-DHH dated 02/6/2017, appointing Dr. Hoang Tinh Bao, former Manager of the Deparment of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance as Director of the Deparment of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance;

- Decision No. 309/QD-DHH dated 12/4/2017, reappointing Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, former Director of the Deparment of Facilities to continue as Director of the Deparment of Facilities;

- Decision No. 378/QD-DHH dated 26/4/2017, reappointing Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hoang Huu Hanh, former Director of the Deparment of International Cooperation, to continue as Director of the Deparment of International Cooperation;

- Decision No. 299/QĐ-ĐHH dated 11/4/2017, appointing Dr. Ho Dac Thai Hoang, former Deputy Director of Institute of Natural Resources and Environment, as Director of Institute of Natural Resources and Environment;

- Decision No. 556/QĐ-ĐHH dated 31/5/2017, appointing Assoc.Prof.Dr. Truong Thi Hong Hai, former Head of Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Agronomy, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, as Director of Institute of Biotechnology;

- Decision No. 555/QD-DHH dated 31/5/2017, appointing Dr. Le Trung Hieu, Information Technology Center as Director of Information Technology Center;

- Decision No. 296/QD-DHH dated 10/4/2017, appointing Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Khac Lieu, Head of Department of Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Environment, College of Sciences, Hue University, as Vice Director of Department of Science, Technology and Environment;

- Decision No. 550/QD-DHH dated 31/05/2017, appointing Nguyen Van Hoa, MA., Interim Director of the Department of Legislation and , holds the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of Hue University;

- Decision No. 558/QD-DHH dated 31/05/2017, appointing Dr. Pham The Kien, Deputy Director of the Department of Legislation and Emulation as Deputy Director of Department of Inspection and Legislation;

- Decision No. 313 / QĐ-ĐHH dated April 12, 1977 appointing Dr. Nguyen Van Huy, Lecturer, Department of English, University of Foreign Languages, Hue University as Deputy Director of Department of International Cooperation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, President of Hue University congratulated 14 senior staff who were appointed and re-appointed managers this time. The President of Hue University wished the newly promoted managers to work even harher to together develop Hue University so that Hue University would maximize its potentials and strengths as an educational institution which has a tradition of more than 60 years of establishment and development. The President of Hue University stated his guiding principle and assigned specific key tasks to each of the senior staff assigned to the positions.

Dr. Nguyen Cong Hao, Director of the Department of Inspection and Legislation, on behalf of the newly appointed managers expressed their thanks to the Presidential Board of Hue University for their trust and promised to work hard and fulfill their responsibility so that Hue University would develop firmly, meet the requirements of global integration.
