In the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Van Toan appreciated the development and quality of undergraduate and graduate training in the United Stated and hoped to further expand cooperation between Hue University and U.S. universities. Currently, Hue University has many cooperative programs with the U.S. universities such as the University of Virginia, University of South Florida, University of Mississippi, University of Hawai'i, and so on in the fields of education and training, culture, scientific research, staff/student exchange.

The Consul General thanked Hue University for actively cooperating with the universities in the U.S in recent time and creating favor conditions for American lecturers to teach and work at Hue University, and pledged to continue to look for opportunities to promote the cooperation between Hue University and U.S. universities.
