In the two days of 31 October and 1 November, 2020, Hue University Graduate Admission Council organized its second graduate entrance examination at three test sites (University of Education, University of Sciences and Hue University Quang Tri Branch). The candidates take three subjects: Foreign language, foundation subject, and major subject.

It is one of the examinations with the highest number of candidates in recent years. In May 2020, Hue University held the first graduate entrance examination with 955 candidates.
