The purpose of MOA is to establish the cooperation of training within 5 years in the 2+3 training mode (Two years at College of Education followed by three years at the partner institution). Accordingly, Vietnamese students who have excellent achievements at upper secondary school and get high scores at the national entrance exam (in the majors of natural sciences) will be selected to enter into the joint training program of the two sides.

Especially, College of Education has developed the partnership with the National School of Engineers of Bourges (ENSIB), as INSA Centre Val de Loire was merged between ENSIB and ENIVL (Val de Loire National School of Engineering). The training program is thus more modern and improved. In comparison with MOU signed with ENIVL in April, 2009, this MOA creates more favorable conditions for Vietnamese students to choose their majors.

The signing not only brings good opportunities for students to study and raise their levels at INSA Centre Val de Loire but also promotes the relationship and cooperation among departments of the two sides on training work.
