Hue University enters into a MoU with Kyoto Sangyo University, Japan

On August 04, 2014 Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Van Toan, President of Hue University and Prof. Ichiro Fujioka, President of Kyoto Sangyo University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which marked the first step for the cooperation between the two universities. KyotoSangyoUniversity, which was founded in 1965, is located in Kita-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The University's faculties and graduate school divisions cover social studies, humanities, natural sciences and all academic fields. The purpose of the MoU is to promote activities in such areas as collaborative research, student mobility, exchange of faculty and academic staff and instructional and cultural programs. On the occasion, Dr. Truong Quy Tung, Vice President of Hue University and Prof. Ichiro Fujioka, President of Kyoto Sangyo University discussed development strategies and policies for academic exchange. HueUniversity and KyotoSangyoUniversity will strive to specify terms of cooperation following the agreed MoU.
