The Guangxi Zhuang delegation includes 6 members: Mr．Lan Tianli - Vice Governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Mr. Zhang Guoju - Deputy Director of the Sixth Secretary Division of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Mr. Chen Hua, Secretary of Vice Governor Lan Tianli; Mr. Cai Changzhuo - Deputy Director-General of Guangxi Education Department; Mr. Wu Jinzhao, President of Guangxi University for Nationalities, Mr. Luo Yaoguang - Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Division of Guangxi Education Department và Ms. Qin Xiao Jie – Deputy Director of Confucius Institute, Hanoi University. On the side of Hue University, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Toan - President; Dr. Truong Quy Tung – Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Hong Nhung – Deputy Rector, College of Foreign Languages; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khac Hoan – Director of Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Mr. Nguyen Duy Chinh, MA – Director of Student Affairs; Mr. Tran Van Thanh, MA – Director of Office for Administration; Dr. Tran Trung Hy – Vice Director, Department of Academic Affairs and Dr. Ho Thi To Nga – Vice Director, Department of International Cooperation. 

Hue University and the universities of Guangxi China have 8 years of cooperation and exchange programs of students and scholars. The two sides expressed their desire to expand the existing programs and expand cooperation in the field of scientific research. 

After the meeting, the delegation visited the Advanced Nursing Training Center Hue - Halla, a facility with modern equipment and qualified staff at the College of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University.
