The workshop attracted 50 scientific reports, including 20 reports presented at the conference. The presenters, scientists from all over the the country and abroad, presented updates and changes in theory and techniques in the field: in cytology, histopathology, molecular biology, etc. in pathological diagnosis of breast, stomach, thyroid, cervix, skin; pathological evaluation after treatment of breast cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer; studies of rare cases such as roundworm larvae in lymph node, melanotic neuroectodermal tumors in children.

Earlier, on October 7th and 8th, HU College of Medicine and Pharmacy organized a CME course instructed by international experts for 128 students majored in pathology - cytology and related areas.
