Bridgestone Vietnam companies Hue University students (13-06-2016 16:12)

In the evening of June 3, there happened the final round of the Business Morality Rhetoric Contest as part of the BRIDGESTONE COMPANIES WITH VIETNAMESE STUDENTS program. The event with the participation of more than 900 students from member colleges of Hue University, two guest speakers and two singers Hai Yen Idol and Adam Hoang Anh occurred effervescently and excitedly.

 

Throughout the event, students had a chance to interact with and learn two views on job seeking shared by two experienced managers, Mr. Duong An Giang, MA. Director of Accounting and Administration of Bridgestone Vietnam and Ms. Dinh Thi Vu Trinh, MA. – Director of UNESCO Center for Skilled Education and Community Communication (SECC). The exchange session was extremely  meaningful and most importantly, fueled students’ passion in their journey of pursuing their dreams.

 

 

The highlight of the event was the eloquence contest “Business Morality Rhetoric Contest” co-organized by Bridgestone Tire Manufacturing  Vietnam Limited Liability Company in cooperation with the Centre for Skilled Education and Community Communication. Following the success of the first contest for the South, the eloquence contest Conscience in business 2016 was brought to the Central. Thoughts, messages and values of the program were all manifested by the persuasive speeches of candidates.

 

In the thrilling first round, the four most outstanding candidates beat hundreds of candidates to get in the final ranking round. In the final round, four students also received guidance and coaching from three coaches – who were also the judges of the contest.

 

Candidate Le Thi Thanh Tam, a student from class Pharmacy 4B, Hue University College of Medicine and Pharmacy excellently won the first prize in the final round of the contest. With impressive eloquence and smart answers to interview questions, Le Thi Thanh Tam beat the other three competitors from College of Economy and College of Pedagogy, persuaded the three judges as well as the audience and stepped on the victory podium in the cheer and joy of all fans.

 

 

On this occasion, Bridgestone Vietnam gave 30 scholarships, each worth 3 million VND to disadvantaged students of Hue University.
