Prof. RomualdBoné, Rector of Val de Loire National Engineering University, France, has set a firm foundation in the relationship between Val de Loire National Engineering University and Hue University, College of Education since 2008. Professor has also played an important role in the success of Val de Loire National Engineering Program through his effort to closely follow up the Program for the past few years.

Together, the “Rencontres du Vietnam” Association, Prof. RomualdBonéalways makes a great support to students of the Program during their studying not in Vietnam but in France.
