On July 19th, 2023, in Son Tay, Hanoi, the Central Committee of Vietnam Student Association held the 7th Expanded Executive Committee Meeting, term X. The meeting was attended and chaired by Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, and Mr. Ho Hong Nguyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of Vietnam Student Association. Representing Hue University Student Association were Mr. Le Chi Hung Cuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, Chairman of Hue University Student Association, and Mr. Nguyen Tuong Du, Standing Vice Chairman, Head of the Inspection Board of Hue University Student Association. At the conference, the Central Committee of Vietnam Student Association awarded the Emulation Flag to 17 units that achieved excellent results in the work of the Association and student movements during the academic year 2022 - 2023, including Hue University Student Association.

The conference carried out supplementary appointments for 28 personnel to join the Executive Committee and 10 personnel to join the Secretariat. Ms. Tran Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Student Union, term X, received the commendation of the Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of Vietnam Student Union.

During this conference, key officials and students from all over the country visited and paid their respects at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, K9 Historical Relic Site, Da Chong, Ba Vi, Hanoi.
