Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Chuong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Council of Hue University, an expert in higher education quality assurance and accreditation, presented at the workshop. Attending the workshop were more than 50 staff in charge of education quality assurance of member universities, schools, and branch of Hue University.

The workshop contents were: (1) Applying PDCA cycle to the quality assurance in higher education institutions; (2) Quality assurance in training, scientific research, community service of training institutions; (3) Quality assurance of the strategy of training institutions; (4) Quality assurance of the system of training institutions; (5) Quality assurance of functional performance of training institutions; (6) Operational results of training institutions.

In addition, the training workshop was also a forum for leaders and staff in charge of education quality assurance to share their practical work experiences and prepare for the external assessment of the second cycle in the accreditation of higher educational institutions.
