At the final round of the competition, the team of the School of Engineering and Technology - Hue University with the project "Robots for patrolling and transporting goods" entered the top 15 out of 70 of the best projects. 

The team of the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Science, Hue University

From March 21 to 25, 2022, the 30th Vietnamese Student Informatics Olympiad, Procon, and the ICPC International Collegiate Programming Contest Asia Hanoi 2022 were organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam Association for Information Processing, and Vietnam Student Association at FPT University, Hanoi. The competition attracted nearly 70 information technology students from 68 universities and colleges of Vietnam and Asian countries. After 4 days of competition, the team of the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Science, Hue University won the 3rd prize at the ICPC Asia for non specialized division, the 1st and 2nd prizes at the Informatics Olympiad for non specialized division, and three consolation prizes for specialized division. Besides, the team of the University of Pedagogy, Hue University excellently won one 2nd prize, two 3rd prizes, and 1 consolation prize. In addition, two students from Thuan Hoa High School, the University of Education, Hue University, Duong Hoang Huong Giang, and Nguyen Duc Khoi Nguyen, won promising prizes in the National Science and Technology Competition for high school students.
