1. Implement and ensure the quality of online teaching and learning in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2020-2021 until February 28, 2021.

2. The internship of students and defense-security courses for students of the University of Foreign Languages will be implemented until further notice.

3. Strictly implement measures on COVID-19 epidemic prevent and control in the new situation as recommended by the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities. Staff and employees have their medical reports when they return to work.

4. Support staff and students to implement the Guidance on the Code of Conduct for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control according to Decision No. 214 / BCD-VH dated December 10, 2020 by the Steering Committee on COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control in Thua Thien Hue province.

5. Continue to implement the set of criteria for assessing the safety of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in schools and workplaces according to Decision No. 165 / QD-BCD dated August 29, 2020 and Decision No. 189 / QD-BCĐ dated October 3, 2020 of the Steering Committee on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in Thua Thien Hue province.

6. The University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University coordinates with the Center of Disease Control of Thua Thien Hue province to have an epidemiological screening plan for Hue University students.

7. Leaders of units are responsible for COVID-19 prevention and control; closely monitor the situation of staff and students returning to Hue from epidemic areas; and continue to have a quick report on the COVID-19 epidemic to Hue University Administration Office before 4:00 pm daily.
