The ceremony was held in the presence of leaders from the relevant departments of Thua Thien Hue province and Hue City, Hue University, Social Welfare Corporation Aomori, and Hue University College of Medicine and Pharmacy. 

At the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Cao Ngoc Thanh, Rector of College of Medicine and Pharmacy,

emphasized the need for changing the training program and model to catch up with the trend of professional development in the region and the world, to expand opportunities for student to have career development in an international environment, and to improve the quality of education and health services of the College of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The representative of the Aomori Social Welfare Corporation extended his congratulation to all students at the ceremony and expected to strengthen this cooperation. The event starts a fruitful bilateral cooperation between Hue University College of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Aomori Social Welfare Corporation and tightens the friendship between Vietnam and Japan.
