Japan Business Association in Vietnam and Japan Business Federation awarded scholarships to Hue University students

December 17, 2008, the Japanese Business Association in Vietnam and the Japanese Business Federation granted Hue University students 24 scholarships of USD 200 and a certificate. Mr. Tsuyoshi Togami, Chairman of Japan Business Association in Vietnam (JBAV) and Mr. Toshiro Takayama, Chairman of Japan Business Federation (JBF) were present to award the scholarships to the students.

It was the 8th year JBAV and JBF gave scholarships to Hue University students. Most of the students received the grant the 2nd time with some even receiving the 4th or 5th. The grant distribution between Hue University colleges and faculties was as follows: College of Arts: 1 student College of Foreign Languages: 3 students College of Economics: 3 students College of Education: 4 students College of Medicine and Pharmacy: 3 students College of Agriculture and Forestry: 4 students College of Science: 4 students Faculty of Physical Education: 1 student Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism: 1 student </body>
