Over the past years, HU-UoAF has always placed great importance on connecting enterprises throughout the training process. Especially, HU-UoAF has made many adjustments to the curriculum in order to meet the needs of the labor market. As a result, the rate of students who have jobs after their graduation accounts for over 80%.

Speaking at Job Fair 2018, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Van An thanked partners and companies for their the co-operation. He emphasized that the cooperation between HU-UoAF and enterprises is an indispensable trend in higher education. Most importantly, newly graduated engineers must meet the requirements of enterprises. He asked the students to try their best to conquer the employers.

Before the event, from April 20, 2018 to May 12, 2018, many exciting activities were held at HU-UoAF such as CEO TALK, TALK SHOW. The series of activities aimed at equipping students with soft skills and positive attitudes towards work, especially giving students chances to exchange ideas and communicate with business leaders. Students then would be more confident, more active in thinking and have better orientation for their future.
