Being delegated by the Minister of Education and Training, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Toan has handed the designation Decision over to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Anh, who continues his position as Rector of College of Education during the term 2006-2011. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Toan has delivered his congratulation speech and recognition for Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Anh's past and present contributions and devotions to the sustainable development of College of Education- Hue University.

At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Anh has extended his warmest thanks to all the academic and administrative staff of his college, Hue University's  Party Committee and Directorial Board for their trust and assignment of his great responsibility as Rector of College of Education. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Anh promises united efforts among all members of the College, maintenance of achievements obtained since the preceding generations, enlargement of democracy, international collaboration, developing College of Education into an advanced level in all fields
