1. Composers:

The Bulletin welcomes writers throughout the country including collaborators of Hue University's Science Bulletin , teaching and administrative staff, post- and undergraduate students, researchers, foreign students and trainees who have been studying and working in Hue University over the past 50 years. 

2. Content and Format of articles:

Content: History of Hue University; portraits of its former and  present leaders; achievements in training and research; People's Teachers and Meritorious Teachers; profession passion, love for colleges, the praise of high spirit in working, studying, teaching and researching of Hue University's teaching and administrative staff as well as students during its 50- years of construction and development.

Number of articles: Each writer can send as many articles as they wish to the Editorial Board of the Hue University Bulletin.

Genre: writings, poems, pictures, documentations and so on.

3. Schedule of receiving articles:

- From now until April 15, 2007.

- Works selected will be published in the column " Hue University- 50 years of development" of Hue University Electronic Bulletin.

- Writers and documentation providers are entitled to royalty in accordance with " Temporary Regulation for royalty applied for articles and news published on Hue University Science Bulletin", issued together with Decision, No. 541/QĐ-ĐHH-VP, dated 25 December 2006 , by the President of Hue University.
