- Department of Education Quality Assessment into Department of Educational Quality Reliability and Project Management.

- Department of Political matters and Students Affairs Management into Department of Students affairs and political matters.

On 28 December 2006, the ceremony for the declaration of nomination decisions of administrators term 2006-2011  was celebrated solemnly by Hue University, at the Great Hall 3 Le Loi Str.

The Nomination Decisions applied for the Directors as follows:

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Manh Thanh, Vice President of Hue University, concurrently holds the position of Director of Hue University Branch in Quang Tri, term 2006-2011.

- Dr. Nguyen Xuan Khoat, formerly Director of Administration of Hue University, is nominated as Director of Personnel Department, Hue University.

- Mr. Phan Duc Loc, MA., formerly Head of Administration- College of Education is nominated as Director of Administration of Hue University.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Dao Dong, formerly Head of Scientific Research Management and International Relations- College of Education, is nominated as  Director of Science and Technology Department, Hue University.

- Mr. Tran Xuan An, Senior Officer, formerly Deputy Director of Department of Political matters and Students Affairs Management, is nominated as Director of Department of Students affairs and political matters.

- Dr. Ho Kiet, continues holding the position of Director for Basic Construction Project Management, Hue University.

- Mr. Dao Thanh Hai, acting Director of Materials and Facilities Management Department, is nominated as Director of Materials and Facilities Management Department.

- Dr. Hoang Van Liem, formerly Deputy Director of Financial Planning Department, is nominated as Director of Financial Planning Department.

- Dr. Le Van An, formerly Head of Scientific Research Management and International Relations- College of Education, is nominated as Director of International Collaboration Department, Hue University.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Thuyet, formerly Director of Scientific Research Management and International Relations Department, is nominated as Director of Postgraduate Training Department.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Viet Ngu is nominated as Director of Department for Educational Quality Reliability and Project Management, Hue University.

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang, continues his position as Director of Undergraduate Training Department.

- Dr. Tran Manh Dat, formerly Deputy Director of Administration, is nominated as Deputy Director of Hue University Branch in Quang Tri.  

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tho Vuong, formerly Director of Postgraduate Training Department, is nominated as Director of the Centre for pre-Doctoral Training, Hue University.

All Decisions are valid from the date 01 January 2007
