Hue University attended ASEA Uninet Pleanary meeting 2017 at Graz University, Austria (18-07-2017 11:55)

From 17 to 20 July 2017, approximately 100 representatives of European and Southeast Asian universities are gathering at the Graz University of Music and Performing Arts, Austria to discuss the theme sustainability. Hue University delegates includes Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, President of Hue University and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Huu Hanh, network coordinator at Hue University.

At the current plenary meeting in Graz, the program includes keynotes on sustainability which is the focus of discussion, and a wide range of topics which are relevant to higher education sector will be discussed. Winners of Bernd Rode Award 2017 will be announced. The meeting was opened on 17 July 2017 and will be closed on 20 July 2017.

 

The ASEAN European Academic University Network (ASEA-UNINET) is a network of universities, consisting of European and South-East Asian universities with the goal of promoting the continuous internationalization of education and research. ASEA-UNINET was founded in 1994 by universities from Austria, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam as Austrian-South-East Asian University Network and consists today of more than 80 universities from 20 different countries.
