From the date of Memorandum signing ceremony between Hue University and Kyoto University on September 19, 2007, the two universities have made every effort to create exchange activities between the two sides and to enhance the bilateral cooperation.  At the talk last May 30, the two parties have reached a consensus on establishing Kyoto University core center at Hue University for carrying out a project of International human resource development in Environmental Management.  This is a training program on Environmental leaders in Asian.  The project will be applied at Kyoto University, and three other universities in Ha Noi Capital, Hue and Shenzhen (China) and satellite offices in overseas.
