The project objectives are as follows: developing a skill system to exchange and share based on the professional experiences of Toulouse 1 University; creating an opportunity for those who study French not only in Vietnam, but also in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region to participate in the course on “Master program in training technology and job system” , this training program is implemented by Hue University and Toulouse 1 University and its certificate is co-granted by the two universities; training for specialists in training technology; training for Vietnamese co-trainers who work for extensive training and distance training; developing a suitable Master curriculum in the context of Vietnam.

After participating in this course, trainees will be able work in the fields of human resources management, training policy, assessment, and consultancy. In a specific way, they are as follows: understanding the function of human resources in an institute; analyzing the policy of human resources, the policy of training as well as their strengthens and weaknesses, jobs, and basic skills; designing and evaluating training policy and training plan; participating effectively in evaluating and developing training projects, training policies and integrating into different levels of territories - from grassroots to international levels – with forecast method; analyzing and applying practically pedagogical technology related to the guidance of training cases including the methods of extensive training and distance training.

During this week, Hue University and Toulouse 1 University will continue working together to unify the related issues of the project such as financial issue, infrastructure, etc. On July 26, 2008, Hue University will coordinate with Toulouse University to organize an information workshop on the Master training program in training technology and job system at Hue University.
