Prof. Dr. Le Van Anh, Former Secretary of the Youth Union for the period 1987-1988; Mr.Vo Van Kha, Former Secretary of the Youth Union in the period 1990-1999; Mr. Ho Quang Chinh, Former Secretary of the Youth Union in the 1999-2004 period; Mr. Truong The Quy, Former Secretary of the Youth Union for the period 2004-2009; Mr. Phan Hoang Hai, Former Secretary of the Youth Union for the period 2009-2013; Mr. Nguyen Duy Thuan, Former Secretary of the Youth Union for the period 2014-2017 and Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Youth Union for the period 2017-2019. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Anh Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector, congratulated the generations of the Youth Union and gratefully acknowledged their great contributions to the youth movement as well as the development of the University of Education, Hue University.
