1. Inform and implement online teaching from May 4, 2021, to May 9, 2021; advise students not to gather in a large number of people, strictly comply with the 5K regulations of COVID-19 prevention and control according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health and the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province.

2. Continue to implement the Official Letter No. 580/DHH-VP dated April 26, 2020, by Hue University on strengthening COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. Staff, lecturers, and students who return to Hue after the April 30 and May 1 holidays must make medical declarations on Hue-S.

3. Academic and Student Affairs Department coordinates with other units to recommend students to make medical declarations on Hue-S. Student Service Center – Hue University implements measures to support boarding students, if necessary, report to Hue University President for timely advice.

4. Departments and units have to make quick reports on the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control (as attached form) before 18:00 pm daily to Hue University Steering Committee of COVID-19 pandemic, email phuongvp@hueuni.edu.vn.
