Virtual reality applications for architecture were introduced by lectures at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Sciences, Hue University at the Conference themed “Application of 3D Modeling Technology in Virtual Reality” on April 28, 2021. The event belongs to the activities of “2021 Digital Transformation Week” in Thua Thien Hue province.
Hue Imperial City can be seen with the application of 3D Modeling Technology
Some typical works are Dak Nong Geological Park, Truoi Lake, Gia Long Tomb, and Thai Hoa Temple. Architects create 3D models of landscapes and relics giving the most general and exact views. The application of virtual reality in training and research promises to give cooperative opportunities between the Faculty of Architecture, University of Sciences, Hue University, and potential partners in the fields of preservation, planning, tourism, culture, and education.
