The State President requests authorities to submit the proposal for awarding the Medal of Courage to student Nguyen Van Nha, recognizing him as a martyr

State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent his condolences to the family of student Nguyen Van Nha, who was drowned while saving the lives of 3 female students at the beach of Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province on the afternoon of April 30, 2021. Nha was born in 1988 and lived in Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province, was the 4th year student, majoring in Information Technology, University of Sciences, Hue University.
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc urged functional agencies to award Nguyen Van Nha the Medal of Courage and recognize him as a martyr in accordance with regulations.
