At the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Ngo Thi Minh expressed her deepest condolences to the people of Central provinces for the loss of life and destruction of property due to the flooding. The Deputy Minister of Education and Training hoped that Hue University and its member universities would overcome difficulties and fulfill the tasks of the academic school years. Hue University has achieved successful enrollment results despite the effects caused by epidemics and natural disasters.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Education and Training and the National Education Union of Vietnam supported Hue University with VND 50 million to overcome the storm and flood consequences. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, Hue University President extended his gratitude to the Ministry of Education and Training for the timely encouragement to Hue University and its students.
