Rising water submerged halls and offices on the 1st floor of the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, and some Hue University member universities and units.

Inside halls where students from low lying areas were welcomed. The University of Agriculture ad Forestry, Hue University had 78 students staying in the halls, situated at 102 Phung Hung street.

81 students and their family members stayed at the School of Tourism and Hospitality, Hue University.

Hue University President gave a notice that Hue University would extend the time of admission till October 20, 2020. He also told that Hue University Dormitory and Guest House would take priority over arranging residence for freshmen and their family members and they would be provided with full of food, water, and supplies.

At noon of October 12, 2020, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Quang Linh, Hue University President visited students at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, and provided them with food and supplies.
