At the meeting, leaders of Hue University discussed the possibility of cooperation in training, scientific research and academic exchanges between two universities with Professor Bui Minh Phong. Based on the proposals of Hue University, Professor Bui Minh Phong appreciated the possibility of cooperation in developing and implementing doctoral training programs, and improving the quality of Science and Research Journal of Hue University. They emphasized the need for of developing cooperation through a Protocol that created a favorable condition for two universities to build a strong and productive relationship.

After this meeting, ELTE University might pay an official visit to Hue University in December, 2012 to develop specifically the contents of cooperation programs.
