Within the framework of Chinese Cultural Week in Hue, on the morning of October 20, 2012, Hue University College of Foreign Languages, the Chinese language Committee and the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam co-hosted a Chinese speaking contest in Central region. Mr. Luu Tam Chan, Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, Dr. Truong Quy Tung, Hue University Vice President, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Bình, Director of Thua Thien Hue Department of Foreign Affairs are representatives of the contest.
