On September 2, 2011, at Hue University, Prof. Pham Vu Luan, Minister of Education and Training re-appointed Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Van Toan Hue University President for the term 2011-2016.
In his second term, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Van Toan is expected to build on Hue University traditional strengths and take it to new success in training and research.
