Conferment of Honorary Professorship on Professor Martin Kox, Luxembourg

On October 4, 2012, Professor Martin Kox, Emile Mayrisch Hospital, Luxembourg received an Honorary Professorship from Hue University College of Medicine and Pharmacy in the presence of Assoc. Prof. Le Manh Thanh, Vice President of Hue University. Prof. Martin Kox has worked with College of Medicine and Pharmacy and its Hospital as a gastrointestinal and endoscopic surgeon, and a member of ADS-Luxembourg Association since 2001. Through meetings at College of Medicine and Pharmacy, Prof. Martin Kox has discussed professional skills and knowledge on surgery. Also, he has remarkably contributed to techniques of laparoscopic surgery and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, thanks to his supports, an infusion room with European quality will be built at the Department of Oncology, Hospital of College of Medicine and Pharmacy. Due to his great contributions to training, scientific research, and health care, Prof. Martin Kox was conferred the title of Honorary Professor by Hue University.
