Started in 2007, up to now, there have been 5 cohorts with a total number of 256 students. One of the remarkable achievements of the program is that 56 students of the first 4 cohorts were sent to France for their third year training. Among them, 2 best students received scholarships of AUF to study Master at the University of Rennes . Upon completion of the master's program, one of them will be granted scholarship for PhD’s program in France. In addition, many students graduated from the first 2 cohorts have been employed by banks and businesses.

For excellent results,  the program was accredited the partner program by AUF. These results demonstrate the close and productive cooperation between Hue University and the University of Rennes 1.
