The purpose of the visit was exploring the similarities between Hue City and other cities in South Africa, especially the possibility of cooperation in education and training. 

On this occasion, the Ambassador showed two South African films “Yesterday” and “Cry Freedom” at Hue University and Hue University College of Educationrespectively. Both filmswhich would help Hue University students to understand deeply history, culture and people of South Africa attracted more than 1,200 students.
