Working with the Minister of Education and Training about the implementation of Resolution 54-NQ/TW dated December 10, 2019, by the Political Bureau and Resolution No. 83/NQ-CP dated May 27, 2020, by the Government on developing Hue University into the National University, Assoc. Speaking at the meeting, the Minister of Education and Training highly appreciated the results that Hue University has gained and traditions and identities that Hue Univesity has built up through periods, the desires and expectations of the intellectuals and scientists of Hue University in particular, and Thua Thien Hue province in general. Leaders from the Ministry of Education and Training always give support and create favorable conditions for Hue University to develop into the National University according to Resolution No. 54 of the Political Bureau and Resolution No. 53 of the Government. The Minister emphasized how to select proper models, institutions, and tools so that Hue University could become strong and make the best contributions to the development of our country.

On the afternoon of the same work day, the Minister also had a work meeting with the leaders of Thua Thien Hue province on education, training, human resource development, and the implementation of the project to build up Hue University in Hue city.
