The University of Queensland, ranked 43rd in the QS World University Rankings, is a leading global institution. Many staff and lecturers from Hue University have studied and conducted research there. Both parties aim to collaborate in promoting research, exchanging faculty and students in mutually interesting areas. Discussions will continue on joint training programs, faculty and student exchanges, international publishing cooperation, and organizing conferences.

On the same day, the University of Queensland delegation visited and awarded two doctoral scholarships to researchers at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University.
