Hue University is the key investor of this project with the total approved budget of over 12 billion dongs.  The project is designed and consulted by Thua Thien Hue No.1 Construction Company and its construction is carried out by Thua Thien Hue Real Estate Joint-stock company.

The lecturer building is right behind the practice Center of Department of Hospitality, having 5 floors with the total construction area of 468 meters, the floor area of 2.280 meters for lecturer rooms, library and meeting hall.  The project is planned to carry out from 2009 to 2011.  The construction of campus building for Department of Hospitality has met the demand and requirement of high-quality and stable facilities for its students at Hue University.
