At the seminar, the representatives from companies and training institutes, the tourism administrators and the experts discussed the curriculum and the scientific researches in tourism services. The discussion at the seminar showed that the quality of graduated students and their ability to meet the demand of reality was greatly appreciated. According to Mr. Phạm Xuân Khánh, Director of Da Lat Golf Hotel, with the motto of customers in the top priority, the employees, first of all, are required to put their staffs in the prior position in comparison with customers. Also, the employees should pay close attention to the training quality and the re-training staffs.

In order to response to the demand of employees, graduated students have to be fully equipped with knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm in working. With the high requirement in recruitment, especially that of skills, the training institutes needs to design suitable curriculum, boost the practice of different skills and equip the soft skills for students.

To cooperate during the training process, the representatives of companies are ready to work with the Faculty of Hospitality in organizing visiting and internships for students.  Also, the companies hope that there would be suitable short-term training programs so that they can send their staffs to be re-trained. 

The Faculty of Hospitality signed the cooperation agreements with the companies such as Vi Da Hotel, Huong Giang Ltd. Co., Vietnam Tourism in Hue, DMZ, Tam Viet Services Company and Da Lat Goft Hotel.
