The establishment of Laws Faculty of Hue University

On 19th August 2009, President of Hue University issed the Decision No. 868/QĐ-ĐHH-TCNS on the establishment of Laws Faculty of Hue University.
The Laws Faculty is a university training institution and has its own legal rights, its own stamps and bank account. The Laws Falcuty has the following obligations: trainning the Law bachelors and other trainning forms, doing scientific researches and organizing consultance activities and services in the field of Laws to meet the demand of socio-economic development.
The Decision takes effects after 10 days from the signing date.
