On the occasion of the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, on the morning of May 19, 2020, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, Hue University President, led the delegation of Hue University to hold a flower offering ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Museum in Thua Thien Hue Province.
In the solemn atmosphere of the flower offering ceremony, the delegation of Hue University presented President Ho Chi Minh a bouquet of flowers to express their respect and gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the great national hero, the outstanding leader of Vietnam.
