At the seminar, leaders of member universities and affiliated units of Hue University have delivered reports and discussed science and technology management activities such as strengthening scientific research cooperation with localities (University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University); improving the quality and quantity of international publications (University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University); incubating, transferring and commercializing science and technology products (Hue University Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation); interdisciplinary research activities (University of Foreign Languages, Hue University).

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, President of Hue University appreciated the great contributions of intellectuals and scientists of Hue University in their creative research efforts, which strengthens Hue University brand identity in the world university rankings.

On this occasion, Hue University President awarded certificates of merit to three group authors from University of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Institute of Biotechnology, and Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation who have intellectual property registration products in the period of three years 2017-2019, and the total prize money is VND 45 million.
